Yoga & Journaling Workshops for Teen/Tween Girls

It is no surprise that the young women of today have many emotions and experiences to navigate. These workshops have been designed to help them become present in their body and mind as they journey through their adolescent years.

 

In these sessions, basic yoga and breathing postures will be introduced alongside mindfulness practices and creative expression through the written word.

Whether they are planned as a single session, or as a series of workshops, students will leave with tools they can put into practice in their lives.
