Get your young ones moving and exploring their bodies in fun and creative ways.
Through a mixture of stories, movement, breath and music, we will introduce basic Yoga concepts. These practices will help young ones feel secure and confident in their growing bodies. Mindfulness techniques will be offered to help the children manage their always changing emotions.
Classes are generally designed for children ages 2-5 unless the event update indicates otherwise.
Feel free to bring a mat if you have one, but it is not necessary.
